This notice describes the local website enquiry form. Persistent intake remains disabled in production until Gravityloft confirms its controller details, lawful basis, retention period, security process and applicable jurisdictional requirements.
What the form asks for
Name, email, optional company, service requested and the message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Purpose and contact scope
In the local implementation, these details are stored in a restricted review queue so Gravityloft can assess and respond to that specific inquiry. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing or an automated email campaign.
Storage and retention
The approved local design stores the inquiry, form and notice versions, the exact response-only consent text and its timestamp. A production retention schedule and final privacy notice have not yet been approved.
